This video is the step-by-step process that I follow to reset the service indicator on my 2009 Mercedes C300. This works great if you do your own maintenance. This process should work for any W204 (2008-2011, C300, C350, and C63).
Step-by-step Instructions:
Get into the driver seat.
Close all of the doors.
Insert the key into the ignition.
Turn the key into Position 1.
The following steps will be done on the steering wheel:
Press „OK” if there are any indicators, making sure your Odometer is displayed on the cluster.
Press and hold the Call button.
Just after pressing the Call button, press and hold the „OK” button.
Press the down arrow until you are highlighted on „ASSYST PLUS”, then press „OK”.
Press the down arrow until you are highlighted on „Full Service”, then press „OK”.
Press the down arrow until you are highlighted on „Conf. Full Service”, then press „OK”.
Press the down arrow until you are highlighted on „Yes”, then press „OK”.
Press the down arrow until you are highlighted on „Confirm”, then press „OK”.

Help plz doesn't work for my mb w204 cdi200 she is 2008 I don't have call phone bottoms on the steering wheel.
I did try on multimedia call bottom together with OK. Nothing happened. Plz if u can
