  5. Great information, im trying to use tune ecu but I have tried two obd2 scanners so far with no success, third time lucky I hope, but if not I'm definitely going to use the dealer tool, I have a triumph tiger sport 1050 2014 plate 👍 thanks for the video

  7. The service light on my wife's 2019 Speed Twin has NEVER come on, even for the first break-in service. Lucky?

    I do want to buy the DealerTool to bleed the ABS system though, as it's had "spongy" brakes on the first pull of the lever since day 1. Can you confirm this works with Windows 7? I think I remember seeing another user said it didn't work very well with his Windows 10, though DealerTool recommends W10 over W7. Thanks!

  11. Bought oil and filter for my Trident's first service. I found your video as I was scratching my head about the service light. I clicked on the link and bold letters on their website state "Note that on the new Trident main functions are supported, but not the service reset." I don't prefer a raping from the dealer for basic maintenance. My Charger R/T has a page on the dash menu for the oil life and I can reset it sitting in the drivers seat.

  12. Waiting and waiting fit them to come back in stock! I need one for my 2018 street triple R. What a crock of shit motorcycles are though that you can't just reset it in the menu in the dash like you can with cars. It should be illegal that they force you to take it to them. The dealer I bought mine from gave me a copy of the 500 mile service showing it had been done and everything (mine's at 3,200 miles now so I've got a bit before it comes in again) and the bill was a ridiculous $270!! For a fucking oil change and look over.

  15. I bought my Bobber with service plan. I was stupid. I took in in for 500 mile check up (oil change ,check bike) 325$ out of my 6 service appts .1999$ Plan. What a rip-off. What was worse is I drove my new bike home from dealer and 1 block away the mileage was 186 mile ,and I never even test rode it. I installed a PCV V ,cause I plan on changing exhaust and they told me I voided warranty. 2500 miles. I had stopped by cause the check engine light and wrench appeared. Your video is very helpful, cause I do not plan on giving them any more of my money .I am 66 rode sport bikes but been 15 yrs since , I rode .

  21. For my Daytona 675 I just used a bluetooth obd2 with the TuneECU app on android to pull codes and clear the service code. TuneECU is specifically made for triumph motorcycles.
