All reviews I seen none off road must be realy crap offroad vehicle all extatic but wait its another posh crap
Only the uk version has a CD player I have a 2018 Mazda CX-5 gt and it has no cd player
I prefer to use a knob than a touch screen when driving
Please start reviewing base models, most of the ppl would lease or finance base models not premiums. Terrible vehicle, 2,5 makes a lot of noise, road noise, terrible MPG, 6 speed auto trans. small front seats, small driver space (reduce space between your food and gas pedal with brick pedal-this is serious safety issue) , front arm rest way behind incl. cup holders, ac controls are way down and unsafe to control the ac when you driving, side mirrors vibrate with 70 mph, if you have premium pack there is TWO fuel indicators next to each other lol, heated steering is only 1/4 of it, line keep assist doesn't work 90% of the time in the Citi or suburbans driving, terible on long drive, there is good things: great automated head lights (if equipped) automated wipers, heads up display (if I equipped) blin spot monitoring, ventilated front seats (if equipped) I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, for that money there is another better options on the market.
When we grew up in the 90s we drove around in cars the size of VW golfs in a family of 5 – why all of a sudden does it have to be SUVs?
If you consider that many potential buyers will have a collection of CDs sitting on a shelf at home, I would have thought that having a CD player in the car would be a plus, not a minus.

I almost freaked out to that M/T variant, how come Mazda couldn't take that option in the Philippines despite being a typical car instead, being only available for the Dmax-based next gen BT-50 4×2

Iv just bought a 2015 version for 18,450€ and it’s no where near as nice if this. The one Iv just bought it’s a 2.2L Diesel engine.

yeah, don't get the petrol if you want that mazda diesel piece of shit which is the most unreliable diesel on the market.
Mazda makes good cars. However their 3-yr warranty in UK falls short of other manufacturers. Toyota now offers 10 years warranty. Mazda wants £550 per year to extend warranty beyond 3 years. So for extra 7 years (to match Toyota's 10 year), with the risk of cost going up, one needs to budget for £5000 extra. Compared to Toyota RAV4, the Mazda CX5 is not £5000 cheaper! Hence Mazda loses out.
CD sound quality is unbeatable! If I was on the fence and a car had a CD player I'd buy it.

I got a brand new cx-9 5 months ago in Brisbane, it has been towed back to dealership twice due to engine issues. and mazda never told you any detail about your car's issue. Never trust Mazda.
